To provide core speedometer features, the app requests access to device hardware capabilities:

• Location Data (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): The app accesses your device's high-accuracy GPS receiver strictly in the foreground while the app is active and visible. This data is processed ephemerally in real time solely to calculate your driving speed, update the analog and digital gauges, and trigger user-defined threshold alert tones. We do not track your background location, record travel logs, or store your coordinates.

3. Data Collection and Sharing

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, identifiers, or location histories.
• No Data Sharing: Because no location or user information is saved or uploaded, zero data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or external servers.
• Local Storage (SharedPreferences): User preferences (selected analog/digital themes, KM/H or MPH unit selection, and customizable speed alert values) are stored purely locally on your device storage.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The application is a utility tool intended for drivers and general users.

All speed calculations happen entirely in the memory of your device without network exposure, providing robust local privacy and security.
